Introducing our latest collaboration beer with Bin 13 Wine bar! Dark tropical fruits: Passion fruit and a hint of mango, but a lot of lemon and lime and little vanilla. Flavor is ripe pineapple with hints of coconut. Bitterness is moderate but not over the top. Overall it’s a complex medley of tropical and bright citrus fruits, with a pronounced bitterness with a clean and dry finish.
