Pours a very effervescent gold with a pinky of cream-colored head. Average-ish head retention & pretty good lacing
S: Apple skins, pears, some phenolic notes, perfumuy hops once warmed up
T: Pears, a little dryness & juicy fruit & grassyness up front, a touch of honey malt too. Honey malt, a little pineapple, pears & grassy notes once warmed up, faint white pepper, green banana & yeasty notes too. finishes with green banana, green melons, phenols, some lemon notes & grassyness
MF: Medium, very restrained carbonation
True to the style, the ABV is well hidden
