Even in the Middle Ages, it was a rule in Bavaria that beer could only be brewed “from Michaelmas” (29.9.) “until Georgi” (23.4.). This is why breweries have always celebrated the so-called “Brausilvester” at the end of September to mark the start of the new brewing year. We have brewed an old German top-fermented beer especially for this celebration. Refreshing and light to drink.
