D:12 is a cold-fermented, smooth and full-bodied malt-forward Baltic Porter with a subtle roasted finish. The malted rye and Hallertau Tradition hops lend a touch of spice which is delicately balanced by nuances of caramel and chocolate from the specialty malts.

Copenhagen 25/ 2026. 33 cl bottle from Md & Vin, Magasin, Kbh. K. Off-white label with red letters in BLAS' usual text-heavy design.
Pours opaque dark brown with amid-sized off-white head. Stable Settles as a paper-thin patch of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet and malty odor mingling with an undertone of alcohol. Light touch of sour grains. Dark roasted malts, rye bread, caramel and toffee. Whiff of brown sugar. Metallic alcohol lurking.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft lively and lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a sourish bitter undertone, Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Pretty light but solid Baltic Porter.
