Wheat beer inspired by the hefeweizen beer type, where the aroma and presence of the yeast in the beer creates a hazy beer. Den Rette Hylde has aroma notes of banana and clove, to which we have tried to create a freshness by adding dried elderflower.

Copenhagen 26/12 2023. 50 cl bottle from Brygshoppen webshop. Label In Kolding Gårdbryggerí's usual design with a close up of elderflower as motif.

Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a tart undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
