Bølgebrus & Humlerus is an easy-drinking session IPA.
It is brewed with Simcoe, Amarillo and Citra hops, creating clean, clear notes of mandarin, grapefruit and other tropical fruits.
Our choice of malts creates a balanced body that complements the beautiful bitterness of the hops.

Copenhagen 10/12 2023. 50 cl bottle from Beershoppen webshop. Kolding's usual design with a redering of a wet landscape.
Pours opaque, unclear, slightly dirty yellow with a Hughe white head. Settles as fine layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with sweet odor of Stone fruit mingling with tart, citrus notes. Peach and pineapple. Lemon and citrus.
Light carbonation. The, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry and little rough.
Good intensity for a ISA. But not entirely Sessionable with an ABV of 5,0.
