Poured from 500mL can into a kitchen glass.
Appearance: super pale straw hue with a clear body, a light effervescence, and a finger of pillowy ivory foam. Some more head retention would be nice, but otherwise stylistically appropriate.
Smell: grainy malt aroma that is very light, without a ton of hops. It's actually pretty free of weird adjunct aromas, though, so it's a notch ahead of the 3% Arany Korsó.
Taste: slightly malty, but still rather on the watery side. That being said, it's mostly free of off flavors -- watered down, but it's not out of line with what you expect from a 4% budget lager.
Mouthfeel: light and fizzy. It's fine.
Overall: definitely better than the Arany Korsó 3%, and at 67¢ a can, it's well worth the extra 8 cents you pay more than the 3% version. Could drink a lot of this in the sun.
