Poured from 500mL can into a kitchen glass. Best by 4/27/26.
Appearance: medium golden hue with a clear body, minimal effervescence, and a quickly-disappearing head of white foam.
Smell: sweetish malt with kind of a wet graininess to it. Pretty meh, but not bad for the price point.
Taste: wet grain, a little sweetness, no hop character but a little bitterness. It’s not as watery as some of the lighter Arany Korsó beers, but it is almost offensively bland.
Mouthfeel: medium light body with a light carbonation and fizziness.
Overall: a pretty meh beer. This half-liter can cost about 76 cents, though, so it’s halfway decent by that standard. Could drink one of these on the beach if I had no other choice.
