Copenhagen 21/10 2023. 75 cl capped bottle with an additional cork stopper from Vin de Table, Frederikssundsvej, Kbh. NV. Off-white label with a water color of a raspberry flower.
Pours opaque unclear red with a small off-white head. Bubbly. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet fruity odor mingling with a tart scent with a sharp tart scent. Sweet raspberry and currants. Sour gooseberries with a light touch of vinegar.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft yet lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour with a light sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
More sour than fruity.
