Brewer & Butcher

Visited May 2025. Located in the Strand Hotel which is one of the few nice-ish hotels in Swakop. Big modern, open space with mixed indoor/outdoor seating. Four beers on offer: Marzen, Helles, Weizen and seasonal ale (red ale in our case). Sampler was about $4. Beers were somewhere between ok and weak, the Helles was my fav but the Marzen and Weizen were subpar, lacking flavor complexity and body depth. Food was upscale bar food and heavy in meat, it was all pretty good. One of the nicer places in Swakopmund.
