A semi-dark beer with a soft foam, has a subtle aroma of roasted caramel and spicy esters of the Belgian yeast strain. The taste reveals sweetish-caramel notes, fruity shades and a characteristic light bitterness. The body is quite dry, approaching the characteristics of Belgian trippels.

Mahogany color. Nice, off-white head. Toasted malt, dried fruits, and Belgian yeasts in the aroma. Moderately sweet, semi-dry taste. I actually liked this one.
