An easy drinking golden ale with a taste of grain and summer. Restrained bitterness with a long, not too hoppy aftertaste. Nice thirst quencher with a persistent white head.
Not filtered or pasteurized.
Malts: Pilsner, Munich, Cara Blond
Hops: Warrior, Hersbrucker & Halletauer Mittelfruh

Copenhagen 2/5 2023. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. As Small Batch Mr. Yellow. Brown label with a yellow silhouette of a gentleman with bowlerhat.
Pours unclear amber with a mid-sized white head Stable. Settles as a 2,5 cm thick layer of foam obscuring the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with light notes of sour grains. Caramel and toffee. Toasted bread. whiff of citrus.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Decent malty Strong Beer.
