Lânga Bent is an English Brown Ale type. With a beige persistent head that hangs like curtains in the glass. The taste is toasted with notes of dark sugar and roasted coffee followed by a certain sweetness, caramel and finishes with notes of licorice.

Copenhagen 25/4 2023. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. The infamous Bent on the label which seems to have been the proprietor of a kiosk on Bornholm back in the day.
Pours clear ark brown with a red hue and a mid-sized off-white head. Stable. Settles as thin layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor. A tad sugary. Toasted. Dark sweet malts, caramel and toffee. A bit of brown sugar. Whiff of sour grains.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rater strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a sugary touch. Light bitter undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is sweet toast.
In the big beer lottery Langt-Bent won a middle of the road Brown Ale.
