American Pale Ale with a good bite from the hops without it being overpowering. White persistent foam. And with a scent of Bornholm summer. Well suited to white fish. Light summer lunch or just on its own.

Frederiksberg 27/12 2016. 50 cl bottle at my sisters. Pretty simple label with a bottle opener with wings.
Pours opaque orange amber with a white head. A bit bubbly. Disappears fairly fast. No lacing.
Aroma is fruity. Sweet slightly sugary. Tart notes. Lightly toasted malts, peach and apricot. Citrus and grapefruit.
Medium strong carbonation and slightly thick palate. Lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a tart bitterness. Quite pronounced. Aftertaste is bitter and long lasting.
Nice bitter light Lunch Beer.
