This brewpub is located in the Nisheki market area of Kyoto. Google will help you find it. They featured 9 beers on tap made at the premises. While we didn't partake in the food (the menu was in Japanese), it appeared to be a cross between typical bar food in the US (wings) and easy-to-make Japanese items.
The vibe was mellow on a Saturday afternoon with various groups dropping in for a drink or a nosh before heading back out into the shopping area. They serve flights of three beers, allowing me to try 6. Most of these are of the lighter variety, often with some fruit additive. Their Stout and Pale Ale were decent while the rest were average at best. Interestingly, the beer menu was in English.
