From the brewer:
IPA (India Pale Ale) is a beer that brings out the charm of hops to the fullest. Although it has a gorgeous aroma, the bitterness is modest, making it easy to drink and has a taste that is easy to match with meals. Two types of hops, Citra and El Dorado, are used to produce dry hopping at the end. A good balance of moderate drinking and a refreshing aftertaste coexists well. As the name of EVERYDAY is an IPA that you will want to drink every day.

Fluffy white head that settles in a rocky fashion. Plenty of chunky lace left on the glass. The liquid is hazy, dirty gold.
Golden malt aroma with a very nice presence of floral hop. It smells west coast.
Relatively dry but with a slight berry sweetness. Good body with an elevated carbonation level. The hop bitterness acts more to balance the pale malt than to dominate it. I’d describe it as white pepper.
