I had this beer on-tap in a becher glass at the brewery in Budapest.
Appearance: dark gold with extreme turbidity; one of the more mud-looking IPAs I've had. Interesting!
Smell: a very strange mélange of caramel malt, cardamom, and hops, with kind of a brown sugar undertone. Again, interesting!
Taste: the cardamom is strong here with a very "spicy" up front and a kind of a drying finish. Hop character doesn't really make much impression but there's a pretty strong bitterness. A weird beer.
Mouthfeel: medium-rich body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: I'm unlikely to ever order this again, but it is a strange beer and I'm glad I've had it. It's a bit of an assault on the senses — a sipper for sure.
