Our Mats is an IPA, but not just any IPA—it's a West Coast IPA. It impresses with its tart flavor combined with great fruit aromas.
The use of Simcoe hops both during the boil and for dry hopping gives this beer its hoppy character.
The combination of bitterness, fruit, and the light malt body give this beer dangerously drinkable quality.
Pairs well with spicy food or pizza.

Copenhagen 20/7 2025. 33 cl bottle from Die Genusswelt Stralsund, Mönchstraße, Stralsund. Simple white label with a porcupine wearing a cap.
Pours unclear golden amber with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness mingling with a fruity scent of zesty, ripe citrus fruit. Sweet peach and apricot. Grapefruit and lemon. Citrus.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a bit acerbic.. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
A sharp and pointy porcupine.
