Appearance: The poured out very dark, with a nice head. Head had good lacing all the way down.
Aroma: Very rich, roasty, with a very very slight hop note to it. Malt aroma is complex.
Taste: Roasty, full malt profile, with a background hop balance. A bit riasiny, with some chocolate.
Mouthfeel: Smooth and creamy.
Overall: A wonderful beer. I love everything this brewery does, and this is no exception.
