Handpump halfpint at the Old Red Cow.
A: Clear gold body; fine white ehad; good retention and lacing. Very nice.
S: Lots of herbal hops on top of some biscuity malt. Some apple. Ok.
T: Hoppy up front, with bready and biscuity malt taking over the middle; some fruitiness and chalkiness on the way to the dry finish. Solid, but unremarkable.
M: Smooth, light body with very low carbonation. A bit more life would have been nice.
O: Drinkable but nondescript.
