A top-fermented beer which, with 20 bittering units (IBU), is nowhere near as bitter as an IPA. A special feature is that all the raw materials come from Bavaria. Hence the name “Bavarian Pale Ale”. The aromas are strongly reminiscent of orange and lemon.
