A - Light gold with a slight orange hue. Good sized, creamy white head that settles fast into a very nice, thick and creamy lacing.
S - A little faint. Mostly earthy and grassy hops.
T - Light pale malt backbone with just a slight grain taste. Hop taste upfront and persistent. Starts with a strong grassy and almost pine taste. The gives way to a more earthy hop taste, and then it finishes with more grassy and a bit of herbal hops. Slight bitterness is constant throughout, but it never gets too strong. There is a strong mineral taste at the finish as well.
M - Medium body and is very creamy and smooth. A slightly drying finish.
D - Great drinkability. Mouthfeel is just right and it goes down easy. Good amount of hops that stay persistent and just enough bitterness.
Notes: Very nice session beer. Very drinkable, and the flavors build but never overpower. Just the right amount of bitterness and balance of hop flavors.
