We're not reinventing the wheel, that much was clear to us... after all, good beer is as much a part of Bavaria as the diamond in its coat of arms! So why launch a new beer? Basically, this question is easy to answer. Brewing beer is our craft, which we have learned from the ground up and which fills us with enthusiasm for our work every day – a passion we live and breathe, every day, even when we have time off.
