Back in 1996, I had the idea of brewing beer and setting up a brewery in Oberpframmern. With a 20-liter home brewing kit in my garage, I soon got to work. My first attempts reinforced my desire to brew beer. The constant refinement of my recipes and improvement in quality made me want more. After many visits to trade fairs, brewing courses, and seminars at the Doemens Academy in Gräfelfing, I had acquired enough expertise to dare to make my dream a reality.
