A tribute to Momma Ann: a strong, pale-golden Tripel with bright, expressive Belgian spice and ripe stone-fruit character. Aroma offers warm clove and coriander, honeyed sugar, and fresh apricot or peach. On the palate it’s full-bodied yet effervescent—juicy stonefruit and subtle citrus peel ride on a backbone of bready malt and gentle phenolic spice. Alcohol warmth is present but integrated; the finish is clean and quick, never cloying.
