Oriental Brewing - Kanazawa Station

This is a bit of a gem in an unlikely location, the Kanazawa train station. There are no signs in main area of the station, but the locals know it's on the 2nd floor. It's modern and sleek yet still retains a bit of hole-in-the-wall vibe. As far as I could tell, there were very few foreigners here.

There is a shorter bar along with two rows of tables. All of the ordering is done through a QR code to see the menu. There is a standard flight of 4 pre-assigned beers. You can also order half-pints or pints of any of 8 beers on tap. The beers are made in Kanazawa but not at this location.

Service consists of the staff delivering what you ordered online. It's efficient but don't expect to have a lot of conversation with anyone here.

There is a limited food menu with bar munchies and pizza. We tried the pizza which was acceptable but certainly not like a local pizzeria.

Overall, this is a place conveniently located for most tourists but unknown. It's worth a look-see if you happen to be in Kanazawa.
