Very elegant beer in the glass, with a beige foam, very fine and persistent.
The dark brown color lets you glimpse its clarity against the light.
The toasted and slightly smoky notes given by the malts emerge on the nose.
The sip has a sweet, silky entrance, with a slight hint of bitter and acidic notes, reminiscent of pure licorice.
The light body and dry finish make it very easy to drink.
Urania, muse dedicated to Astronomy, represents the sky, whose nocturnal color recalls that of beer. Its intensity is comparable to that of the darkest nights.

Copenhagen 24/12 2022. 33 cl chubby bottle from Supermarco, Støbegodsvej, Kbh. SV. Black label with a primitive drawing of a lady studying her nails.
Pours opaque dark brown with a big beige head. Stable. Settles as 3 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet and roasted odor. Sweet, dark roasted malts. Dark bitter coffee, brown sugar. Dark chocolate.
Low carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Dark and dry with a well balanced redeeming sweetness.
