Copenhagen 16/12 2017. 75 cl bottle from Skjold Burne. Black label with starry sky and some red Ice Crystals.
Pours murky maroon with yellowish head. Bubbly. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is malty, sweet and intense. Some sourish bitterness as well. Sweet biscuits and caramel. Fermented fruit. Sharp sour notes.
Medium carbonation and medium thick palate.
Flavor is heavy sweet and sugary. Medium bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and a little cloying. A little bitter afterburn.
A full sweet and slightly boozy biscuit.
