TheManBehind & Herman is a fresh and light beer. A Danish, organic pilsner, which with its taste of chamomile flower and lemongrass is a perfect companion for the Danish summer, and which can easily replace white wine or rosé wine in the sun.

Copenhagen 5/11 2017. 75 cl bottle from Fazer. Very simple white label simply stating the name and herbal ingredients of the beer. The beer is made in collaboration between Anders Coisbo and the Cook Thomas Herman.
Pours hazy golden yellow with big white head. Settles as thin almost transparent layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is not very strong. Aroma is herbal with citrus from the lemongrass and some very perfumed odor from the camomile. Reminds me a little of a cup of tea that has gone cold.
Medium strong carbonation and slightly thick palate.
Flavor is medium sweet and with a slightly weaker bitterness. Aftertaste is lightly bitter and herbal. I do like a good cup of Herbal Tea - but I usually prefer it hot.
