This beer is brewed from dark wheat, pale, Munich and two types of caramel malt, bitter and aroma hops. Fermented by specific Weizen brewing yeast. Fruits and clove aroma along with caramel malts flavor create an impresive harmony of taste.

Copenhagen 22/6 22025. 33 cl bottle with a cap you can twist off from Systembolaget, Emporia, Hyllie. Dark green and silver label with a growling Viking head. Must be for tourists.
Pours opaque unclear mahogany with a skim white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as a thin patch of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing t speak of.
Aroma is medium intense and very much on the sweet and sugary side. Sweet wheat malts, bread, honey, brown sugar and toffee. Whiff of sour grains.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a strong sweetness followed by a light grainy sourness. Aftertaste is sweet. Lingers for a while, Finish is semi-dry with a distinct touch of honey.
A way too sweet tribute to poor King Harald.
