Tried from seasonal sampler pack, 12oz bottle.
L: Cloudy dark amber to brown, good light tan head
S: Strong smell. I can smell it from a few feet away. Smells like cinnamon, ginger, and root beer. Is this really chai?
T: Initial cold chai taste is strong, bitter in a non-hoppy way. Aftertaste of ginger and pepper. Kind of an oily spice/flowery aftertaste. I don't know if I like this.
F: Thin, but alcohol hidden well.
O: Meh--did not enjoy this

Oh lord. I imagine this is what liquid popuri tastes like. Great smell but far too bold for u to think it'll be anything more than overly spiced. Big clover and winter spices that overwhelm the pallet. Not a fan. Not a drain pour but not pleasing either.

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. The appearance is a tea colored brew with a medium sized white head. The taste is an excellent blend of spices. A very unique and outstanding flavor.
