A mashup of a Belgian-style wheat beer. Classic orange peel and coriander combine with a twist of Norwegian kviek yeast to make a refreshing fruity summer beer.

Tap pour at the taproom. Served chilled in a thin, tall pint glass, with a slice of orange.
Cloudy, pale gold colored body. Creamy white head dissipates to islands and a clinging high ring. Leaves behind torn lacing webs.
Aroma of tangy wheat malt and coriander.
Taste is tangy wheat malt, a but of citrus, and coriander spice. Malty in the aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Smooth texture. Low bitterness. Good carbonation.
Standard witbier with citrus and soice.
