Enjoyed on tap at the source in Forest Grove, OR; first experience with Pelagic Brewing
Poured into a pint glass
P clear gold w/ lots of active carb; small white cap; heavy lace
N soft-med nose; a bit vegetal; light citrus
T follows with vegetal notes, citrus, and soapiness; light-med bitterness; malt profile is on the lighter side
Mf light-med bodied w/ med to med-high carb; a bit coating in the finish
O not my fave hop profile (I dig all 3 varieties used here, but the blend seems off) and could stand some refining, but a decent effort nonetheless
