Bjørk has the same DNA as Asta, but is completely her own.

Copenhagen 22/8 2020. 50 cl bottle from Vinbørsen, Nordre Frihavnsgade, Kbh. Ø. Bang & Harbo's usual design with the hop flowers and a lot of drawn ornaments in turquoise. Shadowy woods in the background.
Pours murky, dirty amber with a big white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with citric notes and hints of exotic fruit. Caramel. Peach and pineapple. Citrus fruit and lime. Resin.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a bit. Finish Is fairly dry.
Not exactly pretty - but a decent IPA with enough bitter bite that I do not forget it.
