Copenhagen 28/4 2019. 50 cl bottle from Ølhandleren in Give (Web-shop). The usual sketchy, hand-drawn design this time in pale cream. Boasting a gold medal in Danish Championship in Craft Brewing 2016.
Pours unclear, golden yellow with a small white head. Bubbly. Disappears almost completely leaving very meagre remnants of foam along the side of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense, fruity and sweetish. Lemonade-ish oranges, citrus, sour gooseberries. Hints of sweet banana.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily texture.
Flavor is rather sweet followed by a more moderate sourness. Aftertaste is sweet with a light tart undercurrent. Lingers for a bit.
Decent Weizen doing what it is supposed to.
