Sampled during a March 2004 tasting session at the Pasadena Brewing Company.
Beer was sampled in a full pint glass and a quick talk with the manager to clear up a few q's about the brew in hand.
Deep chocolate brown black with a lightly holding tan head.
Aroma is a starter of espresso with a strongly chocolate followup
Flavor matches with a soft mocha expression with a growing hop defeated by a vanilla bourbon touch
