A lager that is suitable for enjoying over time. It has a full body and medium carbonation.
Made on the occasion of 100 years for Henning Gantris and "Livets Gang I Lidenlund".

Copenhagen 28/8 2021. 50 cl bottle bought at the brewery as a gift by my in-laws. The label is a homage to Henning Gantriis and his comic about the provincial town of Lidenlund.
Pours unclear amber with a big white head. Settles as thin patch of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a toasted scent. Caramel and toffee. Roasted rye bread with a hint of brown sugar.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, watery, lively, tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers for a bit. Finish is toasted and sweet.
Not very pale - but certainly a sweet Lager Beer.
