From the growler in a snifter via the brewery. This solid little dubbel pours
a medium dark brown with a nice head of light khaki foam that settles to a
thick ring, light layer, and subtle lacing. Nose of brown sugars, subtle banana,
light clove, figs, and subtle toffee. Flavors follow the nose with brown sugars,
light toffee, light cherry, banana, subtle clove, and fig. Mouth feel is medium,
light soft carbonation, smooth, and finishing lightly dry.
Overall, a nice brew from a new to us brewery!
