I would put this beer up against any pilsner in NM, dare I say North America.
Aroma: Crisp, Bready, subtle spicy hop aroma
Appearance: Brilliantly clear, pale straw colored beer, white frothy head that holds ok
Flavor: Pilsner malt forward, spicy hop flavor, faint bitter aftertaste, subtle corn
Mouthfeel: Med-light body, med-high carb, clean and crisp
I only wish it was a little lower in alcohol so I could drink six at a time.

Pours a translucent gold with a white head. Aroma is light and crisp; hay, some cracker, a little lemon. Flavor is grassy and some breadiness with a slight hit of bittering hops in the finish. Mouthfeel is a little heavy with not enough activity. Overall, completely forgettable. No reason to revisit.

On tap at brewery. Time to go to recipe #16. This seems like a lager. No hops to speak of. If you're waiting for va big crisp finish, look elsewhere. Way off the mark...
