Gold color with a faint haze. Tiny white head, no lace.
Faint aroma of citrus and pine.
A little grapefruit and caramel in the taste. Not much going on.
Lighter-bodied.
Mediocre beer.

Aroma: resin, pine, fresh lemon
Appearance: medium gold beer, slight haze (usually brilliantly clear), off-white head with good persistence
Flavor: well-rounded hop & malt character, dry & bitter finish
Mouthfeel: medium body, smooth texture, medium carbonation
A great example of an IPA that doesn't try to drown you with hop bitterness.

The big lettering on the can and the brewery's web site call this "Almanac India Pale Ale" (ref. http://getplowed.com/site/beers-2/classic-beers/) while small print on the can labels this as "Farmer's Almanac India Pale Ale" and at 7.0% ABV as opposed to another BA beer listing for "Farmer's Almanac at 6.2% ABV. Anyway...
Clear, copper-colored body; thick, sticky, white head. Malty aroma with a strong pine scent. Biscuit and bread crust flavor with a nice counter-balance of hop bitterness. Smooth, somewhat flat mouthfeel; dry finish.
A decent American styled IPA with great looks and decent taste.
