Clear amber brew with abundant foam in the Baltimore Brewing stein. Aroma is lovely, with clean grain and fresh straw. The body is more on the medium site, definitely some malt, and plenty of spritz on the tongue. Taste is cereal, toast, and some resins in the finish. Just slightly sweet with malt and a light bitter aftertaste that fades out before the next sip. Really a well-made beer and an ideal example of the German traditions, for my taste. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. Apparently made by There Does Not Exist Brewing. Not dated.
