Slightly Hazy golden color with a thin head.
Aroma with notes of caramel malt sweetness and a hint of floral.
Flavor with notes of caramel, faint papaya and pine, citrus and some floral notes. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness. No way this is 50 IBUs.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
This is leaning towards a traditional Pale Ale rather than an APA. Somewhat malty but still balanced, not hop forward nor complex.
