Deep dark amber color with a thick beige head with great retention.
Aroma with notes of mature apples, caramel and raisins.
Flavor with notes of wood, tea leaves, raisins, caramel, some red fruits and earthy hops. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Medium to full body with appropriate carbonation. Alcohol of 7.6% is well disguised.
Artisanal Strong Ale with wood, tea and orchard notes.
