We stopped here to try their beers. The brewery is located along a semi-busy highway with a direct entrance to the parking lot. The interior is is much like a residential structure, and you enter into the front rom. The small bar with seating is in the rear room. There is a modest number of tables between the two rooms. It was a mid-afternoon on a Saturday when we stopped and they were not busy. Service is at the bar. The bartender was knowledgeable about the beers. Service was good.
We ordered a sampler flight of 6 beers so we could try a variety to arrive at an overall quality judgment for this review. There are 10 taps with beers plus a radler and a soft drink. Each of the beers was brewed very well to style, and we liked them all. The Sublimate Dark (really amber) Saison, the Gromit German Bitter, and the Bramford Brown Ale were our favorites. The Rock Knoll American IPA is hoppy enough that it borders on the West Coast style.
No food is served here but they have a small selection of packaged snacks. Beer is available to go in howlers. This place also has cabins for rent, so check details on the website. This is a worthy brewery to visit.

Opened Summer 2025. Good sized location with space for entertainment. Friendly staff. Plenty of tables. Plenty of off street parking. Eleven beers on tap.
