A-Clear golden-straw color. No head-just a few seconds of foam that disappears quickly into small wisps on the surface. Best by Nov 2010.
S-Light malt, faint noble hops (grassy, faint skunk, herbal).
T&M-Okay, but nothing special. Malt flavor is very delicate. Overall mouthfeel is dry and light-bodied. The finish is good and bitter and has a bit of mineral. Taste is clean, but uninteresting-- Crisp texture but characterless flavor. Light/moderate carbonation.
D-Fine and easy to drink. There's nothing wrong with it, but it's boring.

Biologic beer.
Beautiful white and compact foam, but little persistence.
Golden colour, clear.
The smell is essentially sweet and malty, without any particular characterization; The hop is lightly perceptible.
At the taste it follows the same line: malty, with a note of bitter, present, but not in evidence.
Light body.
The bitterness is quite present in the aftertaste.
Drinkable, but nothing to remember.
