This is our first commercial beer. We are here to create fresh quality beer in small batches. This beer is smooth and refreshing with hints of tropical fruits, thanks to the hops; Mosaic & Citra.

Copenhagen 12/7 2023. 44 cl can from Mad & Vin, Magasin, Kbh. K. Two guys with big hats partially hiding their faces in the wilds on the can.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - pale yellow with huge white head. Settles as1 cm thick, uneven abd lumpy layer of foam obscuring the surface of the beer. substantial lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense and a bit dampened by the foam. Sweet stone fruit mingling with subtle citrus fruit. Sweet peach and apricot. Mild grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is rather dry.
Smooth and perfectly pleasant.
