Our Christmas brew is a classic Belgian dubbel, fermented warm to bring out the flavors of exotic fruits.
With a special fermentation technique and a generous use of dark candy, the taste appears completely clean without being too sweet.

Copenhagen 24/12 2020. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Silhouette of Santa and his sleigh traversing the Galaxy on the label.
Pours murky maroon with a small white head. Settles as patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet yeasty and malty odor. Toffee, caramel, brown sugar. Light grainy sour scent peeking in.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is moderately intense and a bit thin. Medium strong sweetness followed by a moderate bitterness. Lingers for a while. Finish is sweet with a light boozy burn.
Decent take on a Belgian Dubbel even though a bit thin in flavor.
