On tap at the brewry. Pours amber with white head. Body is medium and smooth. Taste is of herbal hops, caramel malt. Finish is long and dry. I am not sute it is Zwickel.

On draught at the brewery. Served in a seidel mug. It is a beautiful pour: a hazy, orange-amber color with an enormous cap of puffy, ecru-colored foam resembling gelato. Its lacing is as thick as you'll find. The modest smell includes lightly toasted bread and lemon zest. Its taste is spot-on for the style: toasted white bread, hints of caramel and nuts, and a touch of bright citrus. The flavors are distinct yet soft - it is super quaffable. Its mouth feel is pleasantly creamy with low carbonation, and the 5.5% ABV gives it good substance. Overall, Dune is a very good, locally-brewed, Zwickelbier. I commend Pallet for brewing it as part of the brewery's opening lineup.
