If you are looking to get introduced to the West Coast IPA style, this beer is a great place to start.
The aroma is distinctly citrusy and tropical, thanks to the use of Cascade, Citra and Columbus hops.
The alcohol level is on the high end, and this can be felt most noticeably towards the end of the drink.
The texture of the beer is smooth and velvety.
The bitterness is of a good, medium intensity that keeps the malt body in check and gives a light but bitter finish.

Copenhagen 7/4 2022. 50 cl bottle from Shop'N Play Kiosk, Rosenørns Allé, Frb. C. Pink label with Browar Minister's usual wacky design with a drawing of a huge red Crab and a crawling Minister.
Pours unclear amber with a small white head. Stable. Settles as thin, flimsy patch of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, malty odor mingling with a dry, citric scent. Sweet pale malts, cardboard, bread. Citrus and lemon. Dry vibe.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a light bitter undertone. Finish is fairly dry.
A bit on the malty side - but I would not call it Nasty.
