Paradajz is a fresh and light American Pale Ale with a slight tropical twist of pineapple, mango and peach. You will find notes of light resin, grain and malt. The taste is a light touch of the palate with the above fruits, after which you get a subtle but distinct bitterness with an herbal profile, a solid foundation of malt and a light counter acidity from citrus fruits.

Copenhagen 21/4 2022. 50 cl bottle from Shop and Play Kiosk, Rosenørns Allé, Frb. C. Blue label with a beach scene with a half naked pair of lovers, a crustecean selling fruit and the minister enjoying the ocean.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as flimsy, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity odor mingling with a prominent scent of citrus fruit. Dry vibe. Peach and tangerine. Lemon and grapefruit.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger tart bitterness. Aftertaste is tart and bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Dry and bitter refreshments for a sunny day at the beach.
